The stores are out of order, especially down South. If you change your availability (no matter how long you've been there) it will change your rate of pay.Ģ. Your hourly pay is determined by your availability. They pamper you with food and small incentives to attract you to the job but don't tell you that:ġ. You have no access to that side of the office. Administration, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Research & Development are across the hallway from the Customer Service Dept. If this isnt a second job or you arent at your most desperate for work, MOVE RIGHT PASS THIS. New hires quiit after the first month routinely.) If you aren't "old friends" with somebody from management to get the small perks, its even worst. (Staffing sucks because the employee turnover os abysmal. Not only do they not pay a livable wage, nor offer full-time, there are no set schedules and they will schedule you 5 days because of staffing issues. Yet they lie to you at the door to reel you in and butter you up with "stick it out, good times are around the corner". ![]() It's a real unprofessional, unorganized, sloppily ran company. There is no HR Department just a director on a different email with "HR" attached to it. It is not fulltime work although it is advertised as such, communication is horrible from management, late paychecks, issues with direct deposit, management passes the buck, and they will do everything possible to ensure you get nowhere close to full-time hours. Seriously unless you're in a dire situation, look else where. ![]()
